    Who We Are

The IICF believe the Insurance industry can be a force for social good. We connect insurance companies with local communities through grants, volunteer service and leadership and by doing so...

    • We help companies amplify their community impact and attract and develop diverse talent by creating a platform for leadership in corporate responsibility
    • We help employees make a difference, develop leadership skills, network and have a sense of purpose
    • We help communities across the UK grants to education and social mobility charities

    What We Do

IICF is a unique foundation that represents the entire Insurance industry and brings together experienced as well as young professionals who have a passion for making a difference.

    • We bestow grants to local nonprofits that meet critical community needs in areas of education and social mobility.
    • We hold events that advocate industry leadership and diversity as well as raise funds for future grants.
    • We promote leadership through our Board of Directors and Associate Board of young professionals.
    • We hold Week of Giving, an annual event where industry employees come together to volunteer with nonprofits, presenting a unique way to give back.
