Paying your money in
Please count monies raised as soon as possible so we can put it towards to good causes we support. Please contact us for payment details. Do not send cash through the post.
The legal bit
The event or collection must be promoted as fundraising ‘In aid of’ the IICF UK. The IICF UK are unable to cover any insurance and liability toward third-party organised events.
Promotion – The event or collection must be promoted as fundraising ‘in aid of’ the IICF UK. The IICF UK are unable to cover any insurance and liability towards third party organised events.
Collections – Always collect cash in a sealed container e.g. a sealed bucket/ tin or a secure cash box for change.
Insurance – When organising an event in public, make sure that there is sufficient third-party public liability cover in place. Most venues or councils will cover this, so please check with them. You will not be covered under the IICF insurance due to holding an ‘In aid of IICF’ event.
Health and safety – It is recommended that you carry out a risk assessment of the fundraising event you are planning. To make it easier for you, please download ‘Risk Assessment Template’.
