Our strategy

What we do

We help communities and changes lives by uniting the industry in grant making, volunteer service, and leadership.

The UK has one of the poorest rates of social mobility in the developed world (OECD).

We want to create better futures for disadvantaged young people and adults by helping them to be independent and succeed in education and employment.

How we do this

1. We raise funds for grants to UK nonprofits advancing social mobility to change the lives of people facing disadvantage

2. We provide meaningful opportunities for employee engagement and volunteering by connecting our corporate and charity partners.

3. We help employees to grow as leaders and make a difference by serving on an IICF board or committee.

4. We convene leaders across industry sectors to exchange ideas and drive collective action on DEI and social mobility
